Marshfield priest works to help Granton family

MARSHFIELD – A Marshfield priest is working to help a Granton family who lost their mother on March 17, after giving birth to a newborn son.
According to a GoFundMe page set up for the family by Sacred Heart priest, Father Keith Kitzhaber, “Tennille Thomas passed away on March 17, leaving behind her husband Wayne and nine children. The youngest is still in the NICU at Marshfield Hospital. They are in need of your help.”
Kitzhaber will match the largest donation – up to $1,000.
Tennille leaves behind her husband , Wayne, and her children: Lance, 24; Cheyenne, 22; Jared, 21; Dolorosa, 15; Faustina, 13; Perpetua, 10; Angeline, 8; Gibeon, 5; Rocky, 2; and Mark, newborn.
The younger children attend Granton schools.
The family also has need for diapers sizes newborn to four and wipes. These may be dropped off at Sacred Heart Church, 112 E. 11th St., Marshfield.
