Clark County crash victim identified

MARSHFIELD – A 63-year-old Unity man killed on March 5, in a Clark County crash, has been identified as Ronald Voelker.
Investigators said the crash occurred around 7 p.m. on Highway 29 near Highway Highway P, southwest of Curtiss. Weather is believed to be a factor, as roads began to ice over.
According to a news release, Voelker was going west on Highway 29 when he entered the median and overturned.
Voelker was pronounced dead at the scene.
