Columbus girls squeeze out win against Cadott

MARSHFIELD – The Columbus Catholic girls basketball team traveled to Cadott on Feb. 20 for a Cloverbelt Crossover event.

The Dons were down by only one at the half, 24-23. In the second half, the Columbus girls were able to make more shots and outscored Cadott, 28-24, squeezing out a 51-48 win.

Columbus finished the season 9-7 in the Cloverbelt Conference and 11-11 overall. They start regional play on Feb. 25 when they host Gilmanton; game time is 7 p.m.
