Greenwood girls find late season success

MARSHFIELD- The Greenwood girls basketball team has won their last two contests to find some late season success.

The Greenwood team faced Granton at home on Feb. 13, where they won 57-29.

Leading the team that night in scoring was Amanda Bogdonovich, with 16 points, including three 3-pointers. Maddi Raese and Mesa Rasmussen each added 13 points.

No stats were available for Granton.

The next night, Feb. 14, the Greenwood team took on Owen-Withee where the Greenwood team won with a last second shot by Amanda Bogdonovich, ending the game, 44-42.

Greenwood is now 4-11 in the Cloverbelt Conference and 7-14 overall. They will play their last regular season game at Gilman on Feb. 17.
