MARSHFIELD – The Auburndale boys and girls hosted Prentice in a double header night at Auburndale High school, where both Apache teams trampled the Prentice Buccaneers.

The girls team started first and dominated Prentice by doubling their score, with a 50-22 win.

Leading the scoring for Auburndale was Isabelle Hilber with 12 points, and Natalie Aue had 11.

The Auburndale boys basketball team had no trouble getting ahead of Prentice and won their game 82-54.

Cooper Weinfurter led the team with 32 points scored. Fletcher Raab scored 10 points, and Cody Trowbridge had 10.

Next, the girls team travels to Stratford on Feb. 11 for a conference game. The Auburndale boys will face Athens on Feb. 13.
