Citizens State Bank of Loyal announces new board members

LOYAL – Citizens State Bank of Loyal (CSB) has announced the appointment of two new members to its board of directors – Cindy Burns and Thomas Silbernagel.

CSB Chairman of the Board and CEO Travis Holt stated, “They each have a unique background, with diverse experiences that make them an asset to Citizen State Bank of Loyal’s Board of Directors and to the organization as a whole.”

Burns

Burns is president of Burns Insurance Agency LLC and has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry. Burns is currently on the IMT Insurance board of directors and is past president of the Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce & Industry board and has been active on many other boards such as UW Foundation and Marshfield Area United Way.

Cindy lives in Marshfield with her husband Dan.

Silbernagel

Silbernagel is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) and a local businessman in the Neillsville area. Silbernagel is currently involved with the building of a new hospital and is active in the fundraising for that facility. Thomas resides in Neillsville and is active in the Lions Club, Knights of Columbus, and the Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus.
