STEVENS POINT – UW-Stevens Point is developing a new five-year strategic plan and invites community members to participate in the planning process.

“For more than 125 years, we have served our students and our communities with pride. As we begin a new decade, we are committed to shaping our regional university in a way that continues to benefit our students and our community,” said Chancellor Bernie Patterson. “We welcome input from the community in this process.”

The planning process is being led by a committee of faculty and staff members, as well as a student leader. One of the early steps is a visioning process that seeks input on and off campus about the university’s strengths and opportunities.

Community members may attend any of the visioning sessions that will be held the week of Feb. 10 on the Stevens Point, Wausau and Marshfield campuses.

For more information, visit www.uwsp.edu/strategic-planning.

The survey is available at https://uwsp.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_dmpotbK70JlVGbH. Surveys must be submitted by Feb. 10.
