Tenors coming to the Tack
For Hub City Times
SPENCER – Those who have sung in a choir are likely aware that the highest male vocal part is that of tenor. Tenors sing those exciting pitches that often give goosebumps and incite awe in their listeners.
The LuCille Tack Center will bring to the stage an unusual trio of “redneck” tenors on Jan. 26 at 2 p.m.
Set in an imagined trailer park of the 50’s, these singing sensations tell stories sure to take the audience on a sidesplitting ride of laughs. At the same time, their award-winning voices will showcase a wide array of songs that range from gospel and country to Broadway, pop, and classical.
Whether hearing the strains of a popular TV theme song such as “Green Acres” or an operatic rendition of Puccini’s “Nessun Dorma,” Central Wisconsin will not want to miss the vocal prowess and down-home humor of the 3 Redneck Tenors!
Based in Dallas, TX, these characters have been seen as top 10 finalists on “America’s Got Talent,” on Larry the Cable Guy’s History Channel show “Only in America,” and live in theaters from Branson to Billings.
