NEILLSVILLE – An open community arts meeting will be held in the Clark County Art Center (CART) Main Art Gallery, 201 E. Fourth St., on Jan. 14, 6-7:30 p.m.

The event will feature an open panel discussion with board members.

The purpose of the meeting is to develop the “next plan of action” for representing arts in Clark County, with “community input on needs and objectives through questions and discussion with participants.”

Topics discussed will include: classes to be offered, music events, theatrical performances, art exhibits, kids’ art camps, culinary classes, and mural artworks.

Information on community volunteer opportunities on committees, board member positions, and grant and public relations work will also be shared.

Questions can be submitted before the event by email to [email protected], using “Re: Arts Future” in the subject line. Questions can also be submitted in writing at the door.  The discussion will be moderated.
