On Nov. 6 at 2:44 p.m. the owner of a Marshfield business reported that an upset ex-employee had contacted the man because of an alleged owed payment. The subject was reportedly upset by the complainant’s response and began to yell irrationally and made a comment that he had a “buddy” who would handle the situation. The subject was contacted and admitted to calling his ex-employer and stated that the employer had sworn at him as well. The man stated that the “buddy” he had referred to was merely his attorney.
Nov. 7, 2019
On Nov. 7 at 11:14 a.m. an 80-year-old Marshfield female reported that various items were being moved around her residence by someone other than herself and that she suspected an unknown group of students was watching her and stealing her internet. The incident occurred at a residence on North Oak Avenue in Marshfield.
Nov. 9, 2019
On Nov. 9 at 9:21 a.m. a 74-year-old Marshfield male called 911 requesting help. Upon arrival, officers discovered that the man was merely intoxicated and lonely. This was the ninth time the male has called 911 for an illegitimate reason. Four weeks prior he had been arrested for the same offense.
