UWSP at Marshfield to offer lecture on brick and mortar retail decline

MARSHFIELD – On Nov. 5, UWSP at Marshfield will offer a lecture on local brick and mortar retail decline.

Join UW-Extension Community Development Specialist Bill Ryan, and local chamber and city officials, for a conversation on Nov. 5, 7-8:30 p.m., at the Marshfield campus.

Discover the shifts and trends and what is behind all these closings. Facilitators will review regional and national retail trends facing community downtowns, with success stories as well as discussion of challenges.
