MARSHFIELD – Marshfield Area Pet Shelter hosted its eighth annual breakfast fundraiser in February of this year, the same day that a record-breaking blizzard deposited more than a foot of snow in the area.
After battling inclement winter weather for the past few years, MAPS decided to move its breakfast to November. The organization will host its ninth annual breakfast fundraiser on Nov. 3, 8-11:30 a.m., at Holiday Inn, 750 S. Central Ave., Marshfield.
“We hope you can join us for a delicious all-you-care-to-eat breakfast buffet prepared by Chef Doug at the Holiday Inn,” said MAPS Executive Director Karen Rau. “There will also be raffle baskets and other fun opportunities to help local animals.”
Meet MAPS staff and volunteers and learn more about MAPS’ 2020 plans, including developments toward a permanent facility.
Funds raised at this breakfast help support the day-to-day operations at MAPS’ intake facility and adoption center. Every year, MAPS helps hundreds of local animals find forever homes, thanks to the support of the local community.
All tickets are sold at the door.
