Loyal bankers honored for 30 years

LOYAL – Bonnie Bartz, Rick Szymanski, and Lori Weyhmiller, of Citizens State Bank (CSB) of Loyal, were honored at the Wisconsin Bankers Association Management Conference in Wisconsin Dells in September.

 All three employees received the award along with the WBA’s Lifetime Service Award inductees, for extraordinary service to Wisconsin’s financial industry.

Bonnie Bartz joined CSB in July 1989 as a part-time teller.  She worked in many different jobs throughout the years, most recently as a loan officer and branch manager in their Granton office.

In June 1989, Rick Szymanski joined CSB as a loan officer.  He works with customers for their consumer, residential, agricultural, and commercial lending needs. Rick is located in the Loyal office.

Lori Weyhmiller started at CSB in September 1988 as a teller.  Currently, Lori is a vice president/ internal operations manager with the Loyal office.
