Stratford volleyball gets by Marshfield

STRATFORD – The Stratford volleyball team got by Marshfield in the battle of the Tiger teams, held Sept. 12 in Stratford.
Stratford started out with two solid wins, 26-16 and 25-18, before Marshfield returned with two close wins of their own, 25-23 and 31-29. But, it was Stratford that came out ahead in Game 5, 15-12, giving them a 3-2 win.
McKenna Krall led Stratford with four aces and 19 digs. Mikalya Guldan led in kills with 25.
No stats were available for Marshfield.
