The Naked Man

On July 20 at 2:57 a.m. a Marshfield female reported that she had returned home from work that morning to see an unknown man inside of her residence. Once officers had arrived, the male, who was partially nude, exited the residence running and fled the scene. Officers were able to catch the man and he was taken into custody.

 

July 27, 2019

Doggy dispute

On July 27 at 7:11 p.m. a Marshfield female reported that a 27-year-old Marshfield woman had given away her dog while the dog was under the woman’s care. The suspect stated that she had been concerned for the wellbeing of the dog, which was ultimately returned to the complainant.

 

July 28, 2019

McDonald’s stow-aways

 On July 28 at 1:18 p.m. the staff of a Marshfield fast food chain requested a welfare check on two juveniles who had allegedly been sleeping in the franchise since 8 a.m. that morning. The juveniles were both reported as runaways and were ultimately returned to their parents.

 

July 29, 2019

Brazen bike thief

On July 29 at 5:08 p.m. a Marshfield male reported that he and a coworker had witnessed an unknown white male use bolt cutters cut the bike lock off of his bike and proceed to ride the bike away. A description of the male and surveillance footage were provided, but it was still not enough to successfully identify the suspect.

 

Paintballer on the loose

On July 29 at 3:57 p.m. a female employee of a Marshfield fast food chain reported that while she was working that day, an unknown individual had paintballed her vehicle. The victim stated that another employee’s vehicle had also been paintballed during the night earlier that week. Extra patrol was requested for the area.
