ADRC to host two classes

MARSHFIELD — The Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) of Central Wisconsin is offering two upcoming classes:

Stepping On is a seven-week class to help adults reduce falls and stay active. In this interactive weekly class, participants learn about balance and strength exercises, safety at home, and ways to be strong and steady wherever you go. The class will be held at and in collaboration with the Marshfield Fire and Rescue Department on Wednesdays, April 17-May 29, 9:30-11:30 a.m.

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-week class to help family caregivers take care of themselves.  In this weekly interactive class, participants learn to reduce stress, improve confidence, communication, and locate helpful resources. The class will be held at the 2nd Street Community Center on Wednesdays, April 24-May 29, 6:00-7:45 p.m.
