On March 28 at 1:01 p.m. a Saratoga female reported that there was a neighbor cutting down trees on her property. The woman stated that it was her southern neighbor but that she did not know who he was. The complainant confirmed that she had told him to stop cutting her trees down but that he continued to do so.
March 29, 2019
A unwanted greeting
On March 29 at 8:13 a.m. a Saratoga female reported that there was an unknown older male subject standing in the front bay window completely naked and waving at passing cars. The woman stated that the incident occurred around 7:40 a.m. and that the house the man was standing in was yellow with green shutters.
April 1, 2019
A suspicious visitor
On April 1 at 11:32 a.m. Lincoln male reported that a new gray suburban had pulled up to his residence and that an unknown male had then exited the car, came up to the door and knocked, and then attempted to open the door before leaving. The man stated that his wife had been home when the incident occurred and had called him.
Taking a shortcut
On April 1 at 11:46 a.m. it was reported by a Seneca male that a few weeks ago somebody had driven through his yard. The man stated that the incident had caused damage to his yard and to his fence, and that at the time he did not have any information, but now he had the license plate that he believed belonged to the car.
Share the Road
On April 1 at 7:47 p.m. a man reported that there was a male with a bicycle lying in the middle of the road on County Highway E. The complainant stated that the man then got up and proceeded to walk along the highway very slowly.
On April 1 a juvenile female runaway was reported. The complaint stated that the juvenile was from Rhinelander and was suspected to be going to or was already in Wisconsin Rapids. The female is 5 feet 4 inches, has brown hair and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black and red plaid shirt, an army green sweatshirt, grey leggings, and tan boots.
