AUBURNDALE – Auburndale Elementary School is seeking donations for the Nebraska farmers recently hit by flooding.

A couple of Auburndale area farm families, including two elementary students, will travel to Nebraska on April 5 to deliver supplies. In a show of support the school is getting involved.

Students are asking for support in the form of cash, coins, or checks made out to School District of Auburndale. Other items that can be donated include: Ivomec pour-on wormer, LA 200, cattle mineral, barn lime, fencing materials – wire, T posts, wood posts – and bagged shavings.

Items will be collected April 2-4 and brought to the Auburndale Elementary School office, 10564 N. School St., Auburndale.
