Disturbance

On March 19 at 6:31 p.m. it was reported that a 34-year-old Marshfield male was being loud and disruptive at a Marshfield motel. The report stated that the man had acted in a threatening manner towards one of the complainants, who then pushed him. The man was told to avoid the property in the future and was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

March 20, 2019

In the bag

On March 20 at 2:08 a 44-year-old Arpin male attempted to eat a clear plastic baggie filled with an unknown substance during a traffic stop. The male disobeyed verbal commands and was ultimately arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, felony bail jumping, and resisting/obstructing an officer.

Identity Theft

On March 20 at 1:48 p.m. it was reported by a Marshfield woman that a credit card had been shipped to someone in California who was using her social security number. The female was also informed that she had an unpaid loan from 2012 that needed to be paid.

March 22, 2019

Felon in hiding

On March 22 an anonymous person called the police department to inform them that a male subject with felony warrants was hiding at a residence on Blodgett Street in Marshfield. Upon arrival at the residence, officers found the male hiding. He was taken into custody.

March 23, 2019

Battery

On March 23 at 1:42 a.m. a 22-year-old Marshfield woman was taken to an emergency room due to a physical altercation that occurred at the Elixir Nightclub. A 27-year-old Marshfield female who was also involved in the incident was arrested for substantial battery charges and three other individuals were also cited for disorderly conduct.
