SPENCER – Get a jump start on planting this year’s garden by attending a presentation at the Marathon County Public Library’s Spencer Branch, 105 S. Park St., Spencer.

Attendees will learn how to start tomatoes, peppers, cabbage and other plants well before spring arrives.
