Convenience Theft
On Feb. 8 at 4:42 p.m., the manager of a Marshfield convenience store reported a theft that occurred the previous day. Video surveillance showed a 49-year-old Marshfield man concealing the item and leaving the store without paying. The man was identified and given a citation for retail theft.
February 16, 2019
Intoxicated Altercation
On Feb. 16 at 11:30 a.m., a Neillsville woman reported that an altercation had taken place between her and a 38-year-old Chili male. The woman stated that the man was intoxicated and had broken her cell phone. When officers arrived on the scene, the man proceeded to threaten them. The man was arrested and taken to Wood County Jail on charges of domestic battery and criminal damage to property.
