Honor Roll: Blanchard and Draeger recognized

Blanchard graduates from UW-Whitewater
WHITEWATER – Matt Blanchard has earned a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Blanchard graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in supply chain and operations management.
The ceremony, held in Kachel Fieldhouse, recognized 88 undergraduates from the College of Arts and Communication, 193 from the College of Business and Economics, 154 from the College of Education and Professional Studies and 232 from the College of Letters and Sciences. Of the 667 undergraduate degrees awarded, 24 were completed online. The School of Graduate Studies awarded 115 degrees, including 99 master’s degrees and 16 doctorates.
The graduating class included 18 international students, 50 military veterans and 144 nontraditional students, defined as undergraduate students who are 25 years of age or older. In addition, 57 self-identified students with disabilities received degrees.
Draeger named to Upper Iowa University Dean’s List
FAYETTE, IA – Emily Draeger, a biology major at Upper Iowa University, has made the Dean’s List for the 2018 fall semester. To be honored, a student must have earned a minimum 3.5 grade point average for the semester and be enrolled as a full-time student.
