Sharon Lee Mealey, 72, of Marshfield, Wisconsin passed away peacefully Saturday, January 26, 2019 with her loving husband of 25 years, Richard Mealey by her side.  A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, February 3, 2019 at the Hansen-Schilling Funeral Home (1010 E Veteran Pkwy) in Marshfield with a Visitation to be held one hour prior to service at the funeral home.

Sharon was born July 12, 1946 in Toronto, Canada to Frederick Fangmeier and Helen McDougall.  She grew up in Chicago, IL and settled in Marshfield where she and her husband enjoyed boating, camping, antiquing and gardening.

Sharon is survived by her husband, Richard Mealey; son, Mark O’Neill (Kimberly); and granddaughters, Autumn Frahm, MaKenna Streit (Robert), and Holly O’Neill; as well as 3 great grandchildren. Sharon is further survived by many close friends whom she cherished dearly.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Frederick and Helen; as well as her daughter, Lisa Chronis.

Sharon’s contagious laughter and bright smile lit up more than just the Marshfield Clinic Radiology Department where she worked for more than 20 years.  To be in the presence of Sharon was truly a joy! She exuded grace and style in her flare for fashion in her attire, her home, and everything she touched. Her outgoing personality was like a ray of sunshine that beamed straight from within her heart. Sharon’s vivacious spirit and love will live on in our hearts forever.
