Letter to the Editor: Reader suggests Rulka write-in for 69th Assembly
Dear editor,
Those of you in the 69th Assembly District who know Kathleen Rulka are well aware of her tireless advocacy on behalf of patients, children, workers, and the health of our farmlands and natural spaces. If you don’t know Kathleen, but share her values of hard work, honesty, and a commitment to do what’s right, please cast a write-in vote: Kathleen Rulka for Wisconsin’s 69th Assembly. Write-ins are easy to do, with either early voting or at your polling place on Nov. 6.
Bob Kulp is a very nice guy, and it was a kindness for him to spend time serving in state government. But it’s 2018, and Mr. Kulp is unfortunately a bit out of step with the concerns of local families, sponsoring bills on behalf of special interests rather than focusing on legislation written to help schools, roads, and communities right here in Central Wisconsin. Let’s give Kathleen a chance to go to bat for our region’s pressing needs.
