MCHS to host children’s science event

MARSHFIELD — Marshfield Clinic Health System will participate in the 2018 Wisconsin Science Festival by hosting an interactive event, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m., on Oct. 13.
Introduce your children to the science taking place in their community. Marshfield Clinic Research Institute scientists and staff will demonstrate scientific principles with fun hands-on activities, such as: “Making Ice Cream in a Ziploc Bag, “Elephant Toothpaste,” “Dry Ice Boo Bubbles,” “Iron for Breakfast,” “Archaeological Dig,” and “Farm Safety Jeopardy.”

The event will take place in the Melvin Laird Center Erdman Lobby, Marshfield Medical Center, 1000 N. Oak Avenue, Marshfield.
