Valeria E. Kremer, 84, Vesper, devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away on Sunday, October 7, 2018 at Marshfield Medical Center, with family at her side.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at St. James Catholic Church, Vesper, where the visitation will be from 9:00 am until service time. Father Nathan will officiate. Burial will take place in the parish cemetery and serving as pallbearers will be Dave Christian, Jim Ruesch, Brad Kremer, Kurtiss Kremer, Josh Witt and Mike Visnosky. Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Valeria was born on June 18, 1934 along with her twin brother, Alvin, in Blenker, to Michael and Albina (Dammon) Kundinger. She was united in marriage to John T. Kremer on October 24, 1950 at St. Kilian’s Catholic Church, Blenker and they were blessed to be together for 65 years. He died on July 13, 2016.

Valeria enjoyed crafts and flower arranging. Her faith and family were very important to her. She cherished visits from her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Mom was a devoted wife, mother, and ultimate caregiver. In addition to working the farm with Dad, she took care of brothers-in-law. Mom was the ultimate “pray-er” and prayed several rosaries daily for everyone. Rest peacefully Mom, it’s our turn to pray for you. We know you are home smiling and dancing the “Blue Skirt Waltz” with Dad.

She is survived by her children, Arlene Powell (Mike Visnosky) Ronald (Kathy) Kremer, Carol (David) Christian, Donald (Lois) Kremer, Susan (James) Ruesch and Sharon Witt. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 3 grandchildren, Jeffrey Kremer, Jillian Kremer and Parker Redner, a son-in-law, Gary Witt Jr., her twin brother, Alvin, and brothers, Daniel, Michael, Raymond and Killian Kundinger and sisters, Marilyn Strigel, Monica Kremer, Veronica Arnold and Eleanor Stublaski.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to St. James Parish, Vesper.

Thank you to the staff at Aster Assisted Living and Marshfield Medical Center Palliative Care for their care of Mom during her last days.

Condolences may be sent online to www.rembsfh.com
