MARSHFIELD – A weekend celebrating autumn kicks off with Main Street Marshfield’s Fall Street Dance Sept. 14.

The dance will be followed up by Marshfield Convention & Visitors Bureau’s annual Maple Fall Fest, Sept. 15 & 16, at Wildwood Park.

Fall Fest will feature over 150 vendors with original artwork, handmade arts & crafts, and over a dozen food vendors. Their traditional Pancake and Potato Pancake Breakfast will be served from 7 a.m. – 1 p.m. each day.

Country Line Dance lessons will be held at 2 p.m. on Sept. 15 and a zoo tour will be held Sept. 16 at 3 p.m.  The, always popular, Maple Dessert and Maple Syrup contest will be held Saturday. To help celebrate the anniversary, Mad Dog and Merrill Grillin’ Buddies will appear both days at 1 p.m.

Friday’s street dance runs from 7:30-11 p.m. downtown, with Rising Phoenix featuring 70s and 80s rock, as well as a beer garden and local food vendors.
