MARSHFIELD – From  Aug. 30 through Sept. 4, the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Adler Road/County Highway Y in the city of Marshfield will be closed to traffic traveling east and west along Adler Road. The closure is due to construction on Adler Road east of the intersection. Traffic traveling north and south on Lincoln Avenue will be open, but reduced to one lane at the intersection.

Drivers are encouraged to find alternate routes for the duration of the closure. A detour for Adler Road/County Highway Y is posted and a map can be found on the Wood County website at https://co.wood.wi.us/Departments/Highway.

For more information, contact the Wood County Highway Department at 715-421-8875.
