Road work begins on Upham Street
By Hub City Times staff
MARSHFIELD – Road work has begun on a portion of Upham Street in Marshfield that will reduce traffic down to one lane, between Chestnut and Oak Avenues.
Work began on July 23 and is expected to last six to eight weeks, as the city Street Division does concrete and storm sewer work and contractors perform asphalt overlay work.
Those heading west on this portion of Upham will have access to the lane, while those heading east will be detoured using Oak Avenue and Ives Street.
Total closures are a possibility during the course of the road work.
