Geraldine M. “Geri” Wry, 90, Marshfield, passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at House of the Dove, Marshfield.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Marshfield, with Rev. Savarimuthu Selvaraj officiating. Burial will take place in Hillside Cemetery. The visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Tuesday at Rembs Funeral Home and from 10:00 am until service time on Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Geraldine was born on July 31, 1927 in Merrillan, Wisconsin, to Percy E. and May E. (Cadwell) Patterson. She married Clifford W. Jantz in 1946 and he died in 1964. She later married Kenneth W. Wry on December 7, 1968.

Geri had been employed at Normington’s Dry Cleaners and then as a bookkeeper at Marshfield Farmers Co-op. During her life she had been a hard worker. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Geri is survived by her husband, Ken and her daughter, Kim (Scott) Landwehr of Stratford and five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Her grandchildren are Jodi (Chris) Branum of Houlton and their children, Annamarie and Nicholas; Tara (Les) Kattre of Woodville and their children, Susan and Jeffry; Jordan (Ashley) Landwehr of Chili, and Kassidy and Jarrett of Stratford.

She was predeceased by her parents, her first husband, her son Paul Jantz, two sisters and one brother.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated in her name to House of the Dove or Marshfield Clinic for cancer research.
