Stress relief techniques for caregivers at MCPL Spencer Branch

SPENCER – Being a caregiver can be both rewarding and challenging, and oftentimes caregivers fail to take the time to care for themselves and de-stress.
During the Marathon County Public Library (MCPL) “Take Care of Caregivers” program, Julie Lucko, Wausau Mount View Care Center, will share tips and techniques for caregivers to relieve stress involved in day-to-day care. Lucko will also discuss details regarding obtaining Power of Health Care legal status.
The program is scheduled for May 17 from 6-7 p.m. at the MCPL Spencer Branch, 105 S. Park St., Spencer.
