Francine (Jones) Mikkelson, age 67, of Dexterville, WI passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 28, 2018, after a courageous battle with ALS.

A celebration of life gathering will be held from 12:00 to 3:30 pm on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Buchanan/Rembs Funeral Home in Pittsville, WI. A luncheon will be served at the American Legion following the celebration.

Francine was born July 4, 1950 in Edgerton, WI to Fred T. Jones and Maryetta (Shekels) Jones. Francine graduated from Edgerton H.S. on June 6, 1968.

She was married to the love of her life and best friend, Jerry Mikkelson on March 20, 1998.

Francine worked for many years as a waitress at the Corner Café in Edgerton, WI. She enjoyed garage sales, sewing, crafts and putzing!

She is survived by husband, Jerry Mikkelson, son Troy Anderson, daughters Jodi (Kris) Krukowski, Wendy Williams (Bruce), and her heart children Karen Mikkelson (James) and Brian (Lisa) Mikkelson. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren, Tori (Austin), Jaxon, Carly, Kolten, Bailey, Jared, Elijah, and Brennen.

Francine is further survived by sisters Kathy (Jim) Marhee, Maxine (Del Wayne) Christy, Cheryl (Kenny) Crandall, and brother D’Wayne (Bette) Jones, as well as many other loving and supportive family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Maryetta Jones, and sister Cynthia Jones.
