Marshfield man a no-show in court, warrant out for his arrest

MARSHFIELD – A Marshfield man accused of improper sexual contact with a child failed to show up for a scheduled April 3 court appearance in Marathon County.
Zachary Noll, 18, is accused of touching the girl inappropriately over a dozen times over a period of 12 months, beginning January 2015. He then threatened to kill the girl if she told anyone about the incidents.
Noll has denied the reports and has accused the girl’s mother of making up the story. Police say the reports of inappropriate contact have come from the girl herself.
Court records indicate Noll was scheduled to appear April 3 and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. A bond hearing is scheduled for April 17.
Noll had been free on a $1,000 cash bond and $4,000 in signature bonds.
