Dear editor,

Working in the Clark County Clerk of Court office for the past nine years, I have worked with many attorneys in their filing of documents, telephonic hearings, and court appearances. One attorney stands out from the rest and that is Lyndsey Boon Brunette.

I have had the pleasure of working with Lyndsey since she started as Corporation Counsel, handling child support, persons in need, county ordinances, to District Attorney with criminal, juvenile, traffic, and DNR violations,, to her latest position as Court Commissioner, presiding over family, civil and small claims proceedings, to name a few.

I admire her ability to handle all these positions. She always maintains a courtroom appearance with knowledge, confidence, and being fully prepared. Lyndsey has always treated all persons with respect whether that person was a defendant, clerk, coworker, opposing counsel, victim, or other court official.

Lyndsey Boon Brunette has the experience and qualities required to be Clark County’s next judge.
