MARSHFIELD — Jeff Lukasik, son of Jack and Gina Lukasik, Marshfield, was selected as a figure skating judge at the 2018 Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea.
Jeff was one of four judges chosen by Canada, based on training, leadership, and experience in judging, as well as meeting the International Skating Union requirement.
Lukasik lives in Oslo, Norway, where he works as a Project Manager for World Exploration for the Norwegian Oil Company.
He is a Canadian citizen and represents Canada at many international figure skating events.
Jeff was a competitive skater until age 16, but after an ankle injury, he turned to judging as an avocation with 30 plus years of experience leading up to the Olympics.
