Sex offender to be released Feb. 19 in Clark County

NEILLSVILLE – The Clark County Sheriff’s Office announced that a convicted sex offender will be released in Clark County.
According to the bulletin, Todd F. McDonald, 41, has completed his sentence and will be released from custody on Feb. 19.
In 1996, McDonald was convicted on two counts of second-degree sexual assault of a child.
He will reside at N7147 Pelsdorf Avenue, Loyal.
Following his release, McDonald must comply with the requirements of supervised release rules, lifetime sex offender registration, and lifetime GPS.
