MARSHFIELD – The Veterans of Foreign Wars Department of Wisconsin Seventh District recently awarded three Bob Munro Memorial Veterans Service Awards for 2018. Named in honor of the late Robert Munro, a Wisconsin Rapids past state commander from the Seventh District, the award recognizes extraordinary efforts in support of Veterans, by individuals both within and outside of the VFW and its Auxiliary.
The 2018 recipients include: Karen Delis, Auxiliary 6352, Stratford; Marvin “Butch” and Mary Lou Duerr, Post and Auxiliary 1866, Marshfield; and Tom Hoffman, Post 2227, Colby.
