MARSHFIELD – A group of University of Wisconsin-Marshfield/Wood County students recently completed an enrichment project for the Marshfield Area Pet Shelter (MAPS), designed to enhance the lives of felines waiting for their forever home.

As part of their educational curriculum, a group of engineering students worked with MAPS to design, build, and install shelving and bridges at the MAPS Adoption Center inside Marshfield Mall. The students also donated all of the materials and supplies for the project.

Those contributing to the project, include: Nolan Conville, Max Johnson, Marlin Pogodzinski, Jorge Ramirez, and Tim Weigel.
