For Hub City Times

WAUSAU – Ascension At Home-Hospice Services provides grief support to everyone in the community, regardless of their involvement with hospice prior to the death of their loved one.

Ascension’s grief support groups are monthly adult gatherings for individuals and families who have experienced the death of a loved one. These gatherings provide a caring community for learning about grief, finding support, sharing memories, and identifying feelings.

Support groups meet in Marshfield the second Wednesday of each month from Noon – 1:30 p.m. at Ascension At Home, 303 W. Upham St., Marshfield; and in Wisconsin Rapids the fourth Wednesday of each month, Noon – 1:30 p.m. at Ascension At Home, 1000 E. Riverview Expy., Suite 180, Wisconsin Rapids.

Meetings are free and no pre-registration is required. All adults are welcome. For more information on these meetings and other grief support opportunities, please contact Tony Massey at 800-397-4216.
