Main Street Conservatory to present 15th annual Nutcracker

MARSHFIELD – Main Street Conservatory of Dance (MSCD) will present its annual production of “The Nutcracker,” with performances on Saturday, Dec. 9 at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 10 at 2 p.m. in the Marshfield High School auditorium.
A wonderful holiday tradition for the entire family, The Nutcracker is the perfect way to introduce children to the power and beauty of classical dance.
The Nutcracker tells the story of a young girl named Clara who is given a magical nutcracker doll on Christmas Eve. She encounters the frightful mouse queen before embarking on a journey through the Land of Snow and the Kingdom of Sweets. Young and old alike are sure to be entertained by the lovable characters, colorful costumes, growing Christmas tree, and beautiful dancing that make MSCD’s The Nutcracker a Marshfield holiday must.
Tickets are available in advance at MSCD, 1008 S. Cedar Ave., Marshfield or by calling 715-384-8584. Tickets will also be available at the door 30 minutes prior to each performance.
