Laird Fund for the Arts calls for proposals

MARSHFIELD – Helen Connor Laird had two passions — education and the arts. The Laird Endowment Fund for the Arts at the University Foundation: UW-Marshfield/Wood County serves both of these areas.
The Laird Endowment Fund for the Arts Advisory Committee is calling for proposals that support cultural and/or artistic events to be held in the Helen Connor Laird Theatre or Black Box theatre at UW-Marshfield/Wood County.
To be eligible, events must:
- Be held in a Helen Connor Laird Fine Arts Building theater
- Occur between July 1, 2018 and June 30, 2019.
- Be organized, directed, produced, and conducted by individuals or representatives of community groups from the area served by the UW-Marshfield/Wood County campus.

All proposals are due Feb. 1 to The University Foundation. The Laird Endowment Fund for the Arts Advisory Committee will determine the allocation of funds and notify proposal authors of its decisions by March 15.
