Isabelle E. Weigel

Isabelle E. Weigel, 86, died on Monday, November 20, 2017 at Stoney River Memory Care, Marshfield.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, November 27, 2017 at St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, Rozellville, where the family will receive relatives and friends from 10:00 am until service time on Monday at St. Andrew’s Church. Rembs Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Isabelle was born on June 2, 1931 in the Town of Day, Marathon County, to Robert and Mary (Leick) Weigel. She attended St. Andrew’s Parochial School, Rozellville. She had been employed at Weinbrenner Shoe Factory in Marshfield and in 1962 she began working at Zwicker Knitting Mills in Appleton until her retirement. She returned to Marshfield in 2000.

Isabelle enjoyed drawing, sewing, upholstering and traveling.

She is survived by her brother, Tony (Ann) Weigel of Stratford.

She was predeceased by her parents, and brothers and sisters, Isadore, Susie, Rita, Sylvester and Robert Weigel and Maryalice Seidel.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Stoney River Memory Care for the excellent care that was given.
