Stratford football cruises past Bonduel in WIAA Division 5 playoff opener

BONDUEL — The Stratford football team got back to its winning ways with a big road victory Friday night. The Tigers handled Bonduel 42-19 in a WIAA Division 5 Level 1 playoff game at Bonduel High School.

Stratford (8-2) moves into Level 2 for the eighth-straight season and will have a rematch with No. 1 seed Stanley-Boyd on Oct. 27 at Stanley-Boyd High School. Stanley-Boyd beat the Tigers 21-14 way back in Week 1 on Aug. 18.
