Drug arrest made in rural Loyal area

A press release from the Clark County Sheriff’s Office

NEILLSVILLE — On Oct. 5 at about 11:37 a.m., the Clark County Sheriff’s Office and the Loyal Police Department executed a search warrant at N9536 County Highway K, Apt. 1 in the township of Loyal. The search warrant was a result of an ongoing investigation by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

Upon searching the residence, drugs, numerous items of drug paraphernalia, and a handgun were located.

Brandon J. Allen, 32 years old, was arrested as a result of the investigation. Allen was referred to the district attorney’s office for possession of THC with intent to deliver, felon in possession of a firearm, maintaining a drug house, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Allen is currently in the Clark County Jail awaiting his bond hearing.
