PRENTICE — The Stratford football team kept pace with the other two undefeated leaders in the Marawood Conference with a big 55-6 victory over Rib Lake/Prentice on Friday night at Prentice High School.

Stratford is now 5-1 overall and 3-0 in the Marawood, tied with Marathon and Edgar for the conference lead.

The Marawood title will be decided in the final three weeks of the season with three head-to-head matchups between the conference leaders. Edgar is at Marathon next week, Marathon is at Stratford on Oct. 6, and Stratford plays at Edgar on Oct. 13.

Rib Lake/Prentice drops to 1-4 overall and 0-3 in the Marawood with the loss.
