Columbus Catholic volleyball beats Owen-Withee in Cloverbelt East opener

Neider has 21 assists for Dons in three-game sweep

MARSHFIELD — The Marshfield Columbus Catholic volleyball team opened its Cloverbelt Conference East Division schedule with a 3-0 sweep of Owen-Withee on Thursday night at Columbus Catholic High School.

The Dons won 25-15, 25-14, 25-15.

Maren Seefluth had 10 kills and 11 digs, Katie Hall added 13 digs, and Brooke Neider had 21 assists for Columbus. Jessica Jakopin and Kenzie Hansen each chipped in with five kills in the victory.

Columbus will compete at the Auburndale Invitational on Saturday.
