MARSHFIELD — On the morning of Sept. 5, Earth Inc. will begin a reconstruction project on North Maple Avenue from Veterans Parkway to Arnold Street to replace the utilities and construct a new concrete pavement. This project is expected to take approximately two months and will also require the temporary closure of the intersection of Arnold Street and Maple Avenue. No detour will be posted for this work.

Also on the morning of Sept. 5, Haas Sons Inc. will begin construction of the multiuse Wildwood-McMillan Connector Trail that begins at Wildwood Park, progresses north to Steve J. Miller Park, and then continues north to McMillan Street. This project will be completed over two years, starting at the intersection of 14th Street and Oak Avenue and moving north. No detours, road closures, or lane closures are expected at this time.

Motorists are encouraged to take extreme care around work zones.

If there are questions concerning this or other traffic control matters within the city, call the city of Marshfield Engineering Division at 715-486-2034.

Further road closure information can be found at ci.marshfield.wi.us.
