Stratford Continuing Education releases fall course schedule

STRATFORD — Stratford Continuing Education has released its fall course lineup. Yoga, fitness, and Zumba classes will be offered in Athens, Edgar, Loyal, Marshfield, Rozellville, Spencer, and Stratford.
Yoga classes include Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga, Mindful Yoga, and Yogatone.
