Central Wisconsin’s Got Talent coming to Hub City Days
For Hub City Times
MARSHFIELD — Central Wisconsin’s Got Talent is back again this summer. It is a talent competition open to Wisconsin residents of all ages demonstrating talent of any kind. The first-place prize this year is $500, and second-place is $250.
This one-day event will take place during Hub City Days on July 29 beginning at 4 p.m. at the corner of Sixth Street and Central Avenue in Marshfield.
Acts can be solo performers or groups. Categories include vocal music, instrumental, dance, and variety. Variety can be anything from juggling to magic, acrobats to baton twirling, comedy to dramatic readings, whatever talent contestants want to share in a family-friendly setting.
Participation is free of charge, but due to limited time slots, preregistration is recommended. Part of the registration process will include submitting a video recording of the acts. See the Central Wisconsin’s Got Talent Facebook page for details.
Admission for the audience is also free.
