MAPS Volunteer

Fancy came to MAPS very upset and underweight, most likely because she was living on her own and had to defend herself on the streets. Being declawed made that even more difficult, especially at her older age.

With help from the people at MAPS, she has become trusting and friendly again, and she gets along well with the other cats in her room and loves human affection. Now all she needs is a loving home to live out her retirement years and daily doses of wet food to fill her tummy.

If interested in adopting, visit the Marshfield Area Pet Shelter’s Adoption Center located across from Furniture & ApplianceMart inside Marshfield Mall from 4:30-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. To view all adoptable pets and complete an online adoption application, go to www.MarshfieldPetShelter.org/adopt.
